Order Cancellation and Refunds:

If you receive a damaged product, we can offer either a refund or a replacement based on your preference. To initiate a return or replacement, please contact support number: +91 96000 59516 on the day your order is delivered. Be sure to send a photo of the item through WhatsApp to the above number so we can assess its condition.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will arrange for its return. Once the item arrives at our facility, we will verify its condition and proceed with the refund or replacement process.

To cancel your order, please contact support number: +91 96000 59516 with your order details, and we’ll handle the cancellation and refund. Please note that cancellations are not accepted once orders have left our fulfillment center.
